Join me in my FREE 5-Day Art For Self-Care Challenge and experience how to tap into the power of your intuition and use art-making as a tool for radical self-care. It's art-making as meditation. And it's powerful!

Whether you're an experienced artist or a curious beginner, this 5-day challenge is for you. Come as you are, bring your favorite materials, and let's create together!

You'll join creatives of all varieties and skill levels for 5 days and connect with your new favorite people in our private pop-up Facebook group as we create in real time, together. Accountability, connection, inspiration, and inner expansion will be plentiful. Plus, we'll have a live after-party to celebrate at the end!

Lessons will be delivered via email at 10am PST/1pm EST.

I’ll be showing you the process that I've personally developed, using art-making to connect with my inner voice, express my emotions, and cultivate a deeper relationship with myself. It's made a profound impact on my well-being, and it can do the same for you! 


Each of the 5 days you'll:

  • Tune in to your intuition/inner voice using a prompt to guide you
  • Listen for a message from your inner voice that's just for you
  • Make a piece of art that incorporates what you hear

(I'll explain and show you how to do this before we start and as we go along!)

I'll share my story and my favorite supplies and resources along the way, as I demonstrate my process over the course of the 5 days together.

At the end of the 5-day challenge, you'll be on your way to creating your own super-fulfilling art-making habit that'll make you feel good and will also help you tune into your intuition – your connection to the source of all things. (It's pretty powerful! And fun!)
